What is the Blissful Balance Method?

The Blissful Balance Method (BBM) consists of 4 pillars: mindset, movement, meditation, and holistic medicine.

The BBM follows the philosophy that by creating the perfect balance of all 4 pillars you can discover the bliss in your life. Finding the perfect balance of all 4 pillars is unique to each individual, which is why I am here to help guide you on this journey.

For example, as an extremely busy person who was always on the go, I needed more growth in the meditation pillar in order to find more balance in my life.

Someone else who struggles with body image may need growth in mindset, or someone who’s struggling with physical pain may need movement or holistic medicine.
